Showcasing a brand’s talent and services
After over 65 years in business, Riggio Valve needed a rejuvenated brand and new materials to tell their story and accomplish two main goals: find great customers and attract new talent.
We began the process by doing a deep dive into the company to better understand the secret to their long business history and found a strong foundation of trust, quality and service. We started by crafting strong positioning and messaging to be used in preliminary marketing materials.
- We conducted a photoshoot to highlight the personality of the company and continue to update Riggio’s photo library with yearly photoshoots to highlight new high-end services and equipment that they continue to add to their roster.
- We designed a new company brochure & website that highlighted their extensive services and family of employees and created additional collateral such as a highlights video reel, direct mail pieces, an annual calendar, advertisements, and a customized look for their truck fleet.
- To engage current employees and attract new talent, company “values” were established and disseminated to employees through a unique guide, shop banners and internal branded materials (e.g., hard hat, uniforms, etc.).
